2024 - West Orchard, Bent Apple Farm
A dry, naturally-sparkling cider from a blend of Hewe's Crab, Graniwinkle and Medailles d'Or apples from the East Orchard at Bent Apple Farm, Lansing NC. Full-dry and straw-colored with grapefruit, muscat, toast, and pear aromas, finished by bright acidity and good tannins.
2024 - West & Little Orchard, Bent Apple Farm
Available March 2025 - A blend of Major, Mettais and Grimes Golden apples from the West Orchard at Bent Apple Farm, Lansing, NC. Matured on lees for three months before bottle conditioning. A full-dry, straw colored cider with hawthorne, yellow apple, and lemon aromas and a bright, mouthwatering finish.
2024 - Emmaus Orchard, Glendale Springs, NC
SOLD OUT - A dry, naturally-sparkling cider from a blend of Porter's Perfection, Hewe's Crab and Wickson Crab apples grown by Emmaus Orchard Farm in Ashe County, NC. A beautiful, straw-colored cider with pear, lemon, hawthorne and pineapple aromas finished by bright acidity and fine tannins.
