Dry, naturally sparkling cider from apples grown by us at Bent Apple Farm, plus a few of our Ashe County, NC friends.

The East Orchard

Coming Fall & Winter 2024

2023 - West Orchard, Bent Apple Farm

A blend of Yarlington Mill, Wickson Crab, Ellis Bitter, Geneva Tremletts, and Harry Masters apples.  Fermented and matured for three months in neutral vessels followed by bottle conditioning.   Full-dry and straw-colored with fresh apple, strawberry and peach aromas, finished with mineral, bright acidity and fine tannins.

2023 - West & Little Orchard, Bent Apple Farm

A blend of Puget Spice, Myer's Royal Limbertwig, Black Limbertwig and Gold Rush. Barrel-fermented in French oak and matured on its lees for three months before bottle conditioning. A full-dry, bright straw colored cider with pineapple, coconut and hazelnut aromas and creamy, persistent bubbles.

2023 - Emmaus Orchard, Glendale Springs, NC

A blend of Porter's Perfection, Harrison and Wickson Crab apples grown by Emmaus Orchard Farm in Ashe County, NC. A beautiful, straw-colored cider with pear, hawthorne and pineapple aromas finished by bright acidity and fine tannins.
